Welcome to the National Institute of Building Inspectors’ (NIBI) Online Training Program. This innovative program is designed to provide access to a compendium of information and resources related to residential construction and home inspections.   Students can use this information to prepare for a career in home inspections or related fields.  The same course material also provides continuing education options for individuals currently performing home inspections or needing to meet annual re-certification requirements of an organization or governmental agency.
