Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI) is not a home
inspection company, nor are NIBI Certified Inspectors employed
by NIBI. Rather, these inspectors operate, or work for,
independently owned and operated businesses. In
retaining any inspector or company for inspection services,
customers should understand that NIBI is not involved in
conduction inspections, does not retain any control as to any
inspector or inspector's business, and is in no way
responsible for the inspector or compnay's actions.
